Vinicius Junior is available for selection as Real Madrid hosts Vallecano

 

The Spanish Federation has sanctioned Valencia with a partial closure of the Mestalla stadium for five matches and a $48,000 fine following fans’ racial abuse of Vinicius Junior. Furthermore, La Liga has created several sanctions, including the arrest of three fans identified from Sunday’s clash between Valencia and Real Madrid.

In the 1-0 win over Valencia on Sunday, the game was overshadowed by racial abuse on Vinicius Junior, which caused the reaction from the Brazilian before he was subsequently sent off after a scuffle with Valencia players, especially Hugo Duro.

Even though Valencia have arrested and placed fans on a life ban from the stadium, they have also been fined €45,000.

Meanwhile, his red card against Valencia on Sunday has been rescinded, and he will be eligible to play against Rayo Vallecano on Wednesday after a decision by the Royal Spanish Football Federation made a decision on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, all the speculations that Vinicius could be leaving Real Madrid have been doused, and Carlo Ancelotti has criticized La Liga and asked them to do more.

“You have to stop the game. You can’t continue; it’s impossible. I told the referee that I was going to substitute him. I’m very sad; I had never thought of removing a player because they insulted him. The only thing he wants is to play football; he is not angry, but sad.” Ancelotti said on Sunday after the game.

Real Madrid against Rayo Vallecano in one of the five fixtures in La Liga on Wednesday, which starts with Elche Vs. Sevilla, Villarreal hosting Cadiz before Real Betis hosts Getafe while Atletico Madrid travel to Espanyol.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, three matches were played in La Liga as Barcelona traveled to Real Valladolid, losing in a 3-1 defeat. Other games saw 

Real Sociedad beat Almeria, while Celta Vigo was held by Girona.
