Miami Heat veteran Udonis Haslem warns the Jokic Brothers to not cause any trouble in Miami after their altercations with Markeiff and Marcus Morris

The Denver Nuggets star center, Nikola Jokic who won the regular season MVP last year is surely one of the finest players in the NBA. The Serbian big man has been a driving force for the Nuggets in the last few years. Jokic’s big frame helps him go past guards with ease and allows him to showcase his all-round skills.

Jokic is naturally a quiet personality and he is a man of very few words. But his altercation with Miami Heat’s Markeiff Morris saw Jokic shove the 32-year-old power forward. His actions shocked the NBA world and the Serbian even received a penalty for his actions.

After the face between Jokic and Markeiff Morris, his brother Marcus backed him in the bout and sent out a warning for the Nuggets talisman. The tweet shared by Marcus went viral and so much so that Jokic’s brothers made a Twitter account just to come up with a reply to Marcus Morris’ tweets. Marcus initially asked Nikola Jokic to stay away from his brother. To which the Jokic brothers retaliated.

However, their constant threats and rumours of coming to games to pick up fights with Markeiff and Marcus Morris have not sat well with Udonis Haslem. The veteran NBA star who has been with the Miami Heat for a long time has sent his warning to the Jokic brothers to stay away from his city.

Just like Nikola Jokic, his brothers are also strong personalities but Haslem hardly cares about their physicality as he never backs out from a fight. He has played a big role as a player-coach for the Miami Heat in the last couple of seasons. He has developed a great bond with the team and Miami Heat overall as he had been here for years throughout his NBA career. Udonis Haslem is a cult figure in Miami and he does not want any trouble in his city.

After Jokic and Markeiff’s faceoff, Haslem wants to end this fight or at least he does not want trouble in his city, Miami. Hence he has sent a warning to the Jokic brother to not cause any trouble in Miami.

“That’s over with. I don’t have nothing to do with that. I keep hearing about the Jokic brothers buying tickets to come to the game. They better stay in line and don’t come down there and start trouble. Miami is my city. It’s my city,” Haslem stated.

The Jokic brothers have backed their brother, Nikola in the past. They heckled Devin Booker following Nikola’s ejection in the playoffs last season. Hence Haslem has had enough of them in the NBA
