Raptors’ Bayern Munich suffers sprained left ankle

Toronto Raptors Kyle Lowry has been diagnosed with a sprained ankle in his left leg after getting tangled with Chris Chiozza in the first quarter of the game 4 of their series against Brooklyn Nets.

The point guard suffered the injury on Sunday with the team making the announcement on Monday after Lowry had an MRI test conducted on him at the NBA campus in Orlando.

The Raptors claim that updates on his injury situation will be given appropriately after he failed to play through the injury, which he sustained in the 150-122 points win in the series that led the Raptors to an Eastern Conference semi-final spot where they will face the Boston Celtics.

According to the NBA statistics, The six-time All-Star averaged 16.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 5.3 rebounds through the Raptors’ first three playoff games against the Nets.

Meanwhile, Milwaukee Bucks MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was the star man as the Bucks took a 3-1 lead in the series against Orlando Magic on Monday evening.

The current MVP, who also has in the running once again for another MVP award, had 31 points, 15 rebounds, and another 8 assists in the 121 to 106 points victory.

Another victory for the Milwaukee Bucks in game 5 of the series would close out the series in the Eastern Conference in their favor.

Khris Middleton was also on point for the Bucks scoring 21 points on the night, although more than half of that came in the fourth quarter.

The fourth quarter was decisive as the Bucks took a big lead, albeit Orlando Magic’s Niki Vucevic tried to put the game in the favor of Magic with a final total point of 31, 11 rebounds, and seven assists which ultimately was not enough.

The winner between Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers awaits the Bucks provided they see out the series. Miami is leading Pacers 3-0 in their own series.
