Caroline Dubois has been added to the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua undercard, set to hold this weekend, at Kaseya Center in Miami, where she defends her WBC lightweight title against Camila Panatta.
The 24-year-old signed with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions, bringing her undefeated record of 11-0-1 with 5 knockouts to the event.
Paul announced the move as a counter to Joshua’s ties with Oleksandr Usyk, noting her brother Daniel Dubois knocked out Joshua in the fifth round back in September 2024.
Announcing the addition of Caroline to the fight card, Paul said, “All I want is a fair fight. Even the odds. Joshua brought in Usyk. So only right I bring in Dubois. Had to be done.” The lightweight champion, on her part, said that joining MVP was the next step in her career, adding that her mission was to become the face of women’s boxing.
Dubois captured the WBC interim lightweight belt in August 2024 by stopping Maira Moneo, saw it upgraded to full champion status after Katie Taylor vacated, then drew Jessica Camara on a technical decision and won a majority decision over Bo Mi Re Shin in March 2025.
Panatta enters with an 8-2-1 mark and one knockout, fresh from bouts in South America. This marks Dubois’ third defence in a high-profile slot that will be streamed live on Netflix alongside the heavyweight main event.
Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) faces Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) after the card shifted from a November date, scrapped over Gervonta Davis issues.
Other confirmed fights include Alycia Baumgardner vs. Leila Beaudoin for super featherweight titles and Cherneka Johnson vs. Amanda Galle for the undisputed Bantamweight title fight.
Joshua rebounds from elbow surgery and his Dubois loss, while Paul rides a decision win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. from June.
The fight has since captured minds since it was first announced, as the disparity between the two men makes it an uneven match-up. But Paul, who is one of the few men in existence to have stood in the ring with Mike Tyson, is no stranger to that.
