Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu will be leaving the team this summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the Turkish midfielder is destined to leave the San Siro club.
According to reports, Nerazzurri want between €30m and €40m for the Turkish playmaker, while Denzel Dumfries’ €30m clause is active until mid-July.
After finishing second in the Serie A last term, Inter have already invested over €70m in new summer signings. They are expected to sell some of their players this summer as well to balance the books, as Christian Chivu begins his stint.
The planned exit of the playmaker, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, is due to the recent dispute between him and captain Lautaro Martinez after their exit from the FIFA World Club Cup.
The present development had led Chivu to hold an emergency meeting.
However, there is no bid for the Turkey International, which was in the same situation last month. He is reportedly linked with Galatasaray, but the Turkish champions are yet to make an offer.
According to Gazzetta, Inter will listen to offers for Yann Bisseck and probably Davide Frattesi, who has found game time hard to come by. The Italian midfielder has attracted interest from Atletico Madrid.
There might also be an offer for Dumfries, who has had his best season at the Stadio Meazza with 11 goals and six assists in 45 appearances across all competitions, excluding the Club World Cup.
The Dutch right-back has a €30m clause in his contract, and this will be a good deal for any club interested in the Dutchman. The clause can be activated in the first half of July, making Inter be on alert even if no club has yet approached the 29-year-old.
Inter are expected to be shopping for a replacement in case the trio eventually leave the team, as they will want to compete on all fronts for the title next season.
