Teun Koopmeiners could depart Juventus next winter as he struggles to rediscover his form.
According to reports from Italy, the Dutch midfielder could be sold in January if he doesn’t find his form soon.
The Dutchman left Atalanta for the Bianconeri last summer, but has struggled to rediscover the form that made Juventus pay €60.7 million for him.
According to reports from Sport Mediaset via TMW, Koopmeiners could leave the club as early as the January transfer window, should the situation remain unchanged.
The Old Lady’s boss, Igor Tudor, has tried to get the best out of Koopmeiners, but time is running out for him.
Koopmeiners has produced poor performances despite efforts from the head coach to integrate him into his side.
Tudor, who at one time tweaked his formation, used the Dutch midfielder as a central midfielder, as well as an attacking midfielder in a 3-4-2-1, but with little success.
Koopmeiners looks lost most of the time most of the time in action. If he does not rediscover his form from his Atalanta days soon, he may leave the club in January or next summer.
In a related development, Dusan Vlahovic has been described as one of the best strikers in Europe.
Former Italy and Fiorentina head coach Cesare Prandelli has stated this during an interview with Tuttosport, with quotes via FiorentinaNews.
Prandelli, who described the Serbian as “a champion,” hopes he scores more goals for the Old Lady.
Vlahovic almost left the club during the last summer transfer window, but the transfer fell through.
“Dusan has an ongoing contract and an undefined situation, but neither he nor Juve are in a rush to make a decision now,” he added.
Vlahovic was on the radar of away AC Milan, Inter, and Manchester United before choosing to stay at Turin.
Since the end of the window, he has scored four goals in five appearances in all competitions.
