Martin Odegaard reveals the secret of Mikel Arteta’s success

Mikel Arteta is a name that has been on the lips of many football fans in recent months. After taking over as Arsenal’s manager in December 2019, he has transformed the club’s fortunes and established himself as one of the best managers in the Premier League. His impressive work at Arsenal has not gone unnoticed, with many hailing him as a future star of the managerial world.

Arteta’s approach to management is unique, which sets him apart from his peers. He places great emphasis on building strong relationships with his players and staff, promoting a positive atmosphere within the team. This approach has increased morale among Arsenal players, resulting in better performances both on and off the pitch.

Recently the star and captain of the Gunners, Martin Odegaard, has revealed what he considers to be the secret of Arteta’s success.  “It has surprised me, actually, how detail-oriented he and the whole team are. I’ve never encountered anything like it, with people who see football that way and who see details as specifically as he does.

“It can be simple little things or more big things. It’s extremely detailed, and a lot of little things we talk about, watching video after every game and all that. It’s fun working with him and the team. It works.” said the Norwegian to TV2.

Since joining Arsenal on loan from Real Madrid in January 2021, Martin Odegaard has been a revelation for the Gunners. Under the command of their manager Mikel Arteta, the young Norwegian midfielder has taken on a leadership role within the team and is widely recognized as one of the best players in the world today.

Odegaard’s impact on Arsenal has been immense. His technical ability, vision, and creativity have added a new dimension to their midfield play. His passing accuracy and range are exceptional, while his ability to control games with his intelligent movement off-the-ball make him an invaluable asset for Arteta’s side.
