The coast is clear for Chelsea to bid for their target Victor Osimhen after the Napoli striker rejects returning to Ligue 1 amid Paris Saint-Germain links.

Paris Saint-Germain had wanted to sign him in the summer as a replacement for departing Kylian Mbappe.
It was gathered that the Nigerian forward has no intention of playing in the Ligue 1, having previously played for Lille. As a result, they are not fascinated by the idea of playing with the French giants.
Activating Osimhen’s €130 release clause might not be a problem for the Paris-based club, but convincing the 25-year-old African footballer of the year to return to France is their biggest hurdle.
