Cavaliers Extend Win Streak to 15, Pelicans and Pistons Secure Key Victories

The Cleveland Cavaliers continued their dominant run, securing their 15th consecutive win with a 109-104 comeback victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. Darius Garland led the charge with 30 points and eight assists, while Jarrett Allen contributed 23 points and 13 rebounds. Cleveland, which tied its franchise-best win streak, overcame an 18-point deficit to stay red-hot in the Eastern Conference.  

Evan Mobley added 21 points, nine rebounds, and six assists for the Cavaliers, while Max Strus chipped in 10 points. Brooklyn, which has now lost eight of its last nine games, was led by Cam Thomas’ 27 points, with Cameron Johnson and Ziaire Williams adding 17 and 14, respectively.  

In Indianapolis, Tyrese Haliburton delivered in the clutch, sinking a late three-pointer and a crucial free throw to lift the Indiana Pacers to a 113-110 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks, snapping a three-game losing streak.  

Pascal Siakam led Indiana with 25 points and 12 rebounds, while Bennedict Mathurin added 17 points. Haliburton finished with 14 points, including the game-sealing shots.  

Brook Lopez led Milwaukee with 23 points, while Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a double-double with 19 points and 17 rebounds. However, Antetokounmpo’s late foul on Haliburton’s three-point attempt proved costly, as the Bucks suffered their third straight loss.  

Zion’s Triple-Double Powers Pelicans Past Clippers

Zion Williamson notched his second career triple-double, leading the New Orleans Pelicans to a 127-120 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. Williamson finished with 22 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds, just 11 days after recording his first triple-double.  

CJ McCollum led the Pelicans with 23 points, while Trey Murphy III added 21. New Orleans ended a four-game skid with a balanced offensive effort.  

Kawhi Leonard paced the Clippers with 29 points, while James Harden had 25 points and 17 assists. Ivica Zubac posted a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Assistant coach Brian Shaw continued to lead the team in the absence of head coach Tyronn Lue, who is sidelined with back pain.  

Pistons Cruise Past Wizards

Cade Cunningham’s near triple-double propelled the Detroit Pistons to a dominant 123-103 win over the Washington Wizards. Cunningham tallied 27 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds, guiding Detroit to its 12th victory in 15 games.  

Jalen Duren added 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Malik Beasley contributed 14 points. Tobias Harris chipped in 12 points and eight rebounds for the Pistons, who will face Washington again on Thursday.  

Marcus Smart led the Wizards with 16 points, while Jordan Poole and Bub Carrington each had 15. Richaun Holmes scored 14 points before being ejected in the fourth quarter for a Flagrant 2 foul.
