Boston Celtics guard Kemba Walker has shown disappointment in his own shooting performance in his team’s semi-final series with Toronto Raptors.
Boston Celtics were leading the Raptors 2-0 in their Eastern Conference semi-final series but somehow let the lead slip.
The Celtics were defeated 100-93 on Saturday in game 4 to tie the series with the guard scoring fifteen points.
“I got to be more aggressive, and I wasn’t aggressive enough. That’s unacceptable on my behalf, to be honest. There’s no way I can just be taking nine shots. That’s unacceptable. Honestly, man, I thought we had great looks, I thought we had great looks throughout the whole game. We just really missed. We missed a lot of open ones that we know we can make. As I said, we gotta make them. We have to make shots. When guys get shots, when guys are open, we gotta knock them shots down.” Walker said.
The fifth game of the series will come up on Monday night between both teams in the best of seven series.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee Bucks NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo left mid-way of game four of his teams’ Eastern Conference semi-final series with Miami Heats.
Giannis aggravated his sprained right knee in the second quarter of the game after he tried to get past Miami’s Andre Iguodala as he drove towards the net.
He returned moments later to take free throws which was needed in order for him to be able to return to the game as per NBA rules.
At half-time, the Bucks made the announcement that he wouldn’t be returning to the court as he ended the game with 19 points in 12 minutes.
Prior to the game, Miami Heat were 3-0 up in the series, but Bucks were able to make it 3-1 as they won the game 4 by 118 to 115.
