NBA great Dwayne Wade shared his experiences with LeBron James during their time at Miami Heat

 

Lebron James over his illustrious NBA career has shared the dressing room with several top players in the league. One of his career highs was during his time at Miami Heat between 2010 to 2014 and during that period he shared a great bond with NBA great Dwayne Wade.

The duo enjoyed each other’s company on and off the court. wade along with Chris Bosh formed the famous ‘Big three’ at Heat Wade has always held LeBron James in high regard as the Los Angeles Lakers is currently in his 19th year in the NBA.

Wade recently spoke about his former Heat teammate, LeBron James and shared anecdotes during their time at the franchise. Wade was speaking on ‘The Rich Eisen Show’ to promote his new photobook/memoir ‘Dwyane’. There he lauded the Lakers talisman for his hard work and desire to perform every season in the NBA.

He highlighted his experience with LeBron during the time he shared his dressing room with him. Wade pointed out the passion in LeBron for the sport and the way he takes care of his body. hence allowing him to continue to ply his trade

Speaking about the Akron Hammer, Wade said, “To be able to have the opportunity; to be able to witness this guy’s (Lebron’s) greatness, you know. And I always say like the world gets to witness it at you know, most nights around you know when he played with me around 7:30. But I got a chance to witness it and practice every day. I got a chance to witness it in the weight room. I got a chance to witness it when it came to how he take care take care of his body, his family, his people, just everything what this guy stands for.”

The two great played with each other during their time at Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers. His time at the Heat saw him winning two NBA titles. He moved out of the Heat in 2014 to join the Cavaliers. Wade was reunited with LeBron at Cleveland in 2017 for a single season.

LeBron for now will look to inspire the Lakers to bring back the title to Los Angeles after the Milwaukee Bucks won the championship last season. It has been a topsy turvy start to the season for the Lakers this season. They lost against the New York Knicks but have bounced back into the mix with a win against Indiana Pacers.
