NBA Highlights: Pacers Snap Cavaliers’ Winning Streak; Jazz Win Thriller in OT

The Indiana Pacers overcame adversity to end the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 12-game winning streak with a 108-93 victory in Cleveland. Playing without star guard Tyrese Haliburton, who exited at halftime with hamstring tightness, the Pacers relied on a balanced offense and tenacious defense to secure the win.

Andrew Nembhard led Indiana with 19 points, while Pascal Siakam added 18 points and nine rebounds. Myles Turner contributed a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards. Despite being down by 13 points at halftime, the Pacers held Cleveland’s high-powered offense to under 101 points for the first time this season.

Donovan Mitchell (19 points) and Darius Garland (20 points) were held in check, as Indiana moved to 7-1 in games decided by fewer than 15 points this season.

Jazz 112, Nets 111 (OT)
Rookie Isaiah Collier delivered a game-winning shot to propel the Utah Jazz to a dramatic overtime win against the Brooklyn Nets. Collier, the 29th pick in the 2024 draft, scored a career-high 23 points, including a decisive bucket, while adding seven rebounds and seven assists.

Collin Sexton contributed 21 points, helping the Jazz snap a nine-game home losing streak. The Nets, led by Tosan Evbuomwan’s career-high 22 points, fought back from a 13-point fourth-quarter deficit to force overtime but fell short in their fifth consecutive loss.

Celtics 120, Pelicans 119
Jayson Tatum’s 38-point double-double powered the Boston Celtics to a nail-biting win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Kristaps Porzingis added 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown chipped in with 16 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists.

Trey Murphy shone for the Pelicans with 30 points in his return from injury, but Boston’s resilience ensured a crucial victory after losing two of their previous three games.

Knicks 140, Bucks 106
Jalen Brunson exploded for 44 points in under 29 minutes, leading the New York Knicks to a dominant victory over the Milwaukee Bucks. Karl-Anthony Towns added 30 points and 18 rebounds, while Josh Hart recorded a double-double.

Giannis Antetokounmpo notched his 27th double-double of the season with 24 points and 13 rebounds, but the Bucks’ three-game winning streak came to an end.
