Ancelotti releases team list for Real Madrid’s Copa Del Rey final

Real Madrid will face Osasuna in the 2023 final of the Copa Del Rey on Saturday at the Estadio De La Cartuja in Sevilla. Los Blancos has won the trophy nineteen times in the past, and they will be hoping to make it a 20th title and a move ahead of winning a double this season with the UEFA Champions League also in view.

The game will be the last the Capital club will play before facing Manchester City on Tuesday at Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of their semi-final clash.

The Los Blancos rested Karim Benzema in their last La Liga fixture, a 2-0 loss to Real Sociedad on Tuesday, while Vinicius Junior was unavailable due to suspension for accumulated yellow cards.

Both players will be available for Saturday’s fixture, while Eduardo Camavinga and Dani Carvajal will both be available after a suspension that made the former miss Real Sociedad’s game while the Latter was red-carded in the game.

The injured Ferland Mendy was also included in the roster. The same is the story for David Alaba and Luka Modric, who are both injury doubts despite being included.

David Alaba’s last game was in the 2-0 win away at Chelsea in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie in April, while Modric sat our Almeria and Real Sociedad games due to a hamstring injury.

Real Madrid beat Barcelona in the semi-final 4-1 on aggregate after coming back in the second leg to win 4-0 to cancel out a 1-0 loss from the first leg. Osasuna, on the other hand, beat Athletic Club 2-1 on aggregate.

Real Madrid squad vs. Osasuna:

Goalkeepeer: Courtois, Lunin, Lopez;

Defender: Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho, Odriozola, Vazquez, Rudiger, Mendy;

Midfielder: Kroos, Modric, Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouameni, Ceballos;
