Burnley moved up a few points clear of the Premier League relegation zone this week as they took down the Wolves at Turf Moor, 2-1. Ashley Barnes scored off an assist from Taylor in the 35th minute for his first Premier League goal in over a year.
Burnley now sits in the No. 16 spot in the standings, right above Brighton and Fulham who are trending the wrong way. Burnley has just one loss in their last seven fixtures overall.
Media and fans alike should be giving the nod of approval for Sean Dyche who is finally getting the best out of this bunch. Good timing for Burnley to be playing the way they are given the potential for new owners in 2021. They scored multiple goals for the first time since February.
Burnley’s next fixture is Sunday vs Leeds United, but all eyes are looking ahead to the January 3 clash with Fulham.
