Bayern Munich are reportedly preparing a lucrative new contract offer for Michael Olise as the Bundesliga champions move to fend off growing transfer interest from Real Madrid.
The France international has emerged as one of Europe’s most sought-after attackers following an outstanding club season and an impressive start to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Olise has played a key role in France’s campaign, providing two assists in a 3-0 victory over Iraq before creating another goal in the win over Senegal.
His international performances have followed a remarkable 2025-26 season with Bayern Munich, where he registered 26 assists and established himself as one of the most influential creative players in European football.
His rapid rise has attracted the attention of Real Madrid, with reports linking the Spanish giants to a potential move for the winger.
Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with interest, although Bayern remain determined to keep hold of the 24-year-old and are said to have no intention of entertaining offers for one of their most valuable assets.
According to reports in Germany, Bayern are planning to reward Olise with a contract extension that would keep him at the club until 2031.
The proposed deal would reportedly include a substantial salary increase, nearly doubling his current earnings and elevating him among the highest-paid players in the squad.
Club officials believe Olise’s importance now warrants a place alongside Bayern’s top earners.
Since arriving from Crystal Palace in a €50 million transfer, he has developed into one of the Bundesliga’s standout performers and was widely regarded as one of the league’s best players during the past campaign.
Bayern view the improved contract as both a reward for his performances and a statement of intent amid interest from abroad.
While discussions over a new deal continue behind the scenes, Olise remains focused on France’s World Cup campaign.
Les Bleus are preparing for a decisive group-stage clash against Norway, with top spot in the group at stake.
Bayern, meanwhile, are expected to intensify efforts to finalize the extension once the tournament concludes, hoping to secure the winger’s long-term future in Munich.
