Werder Bremen on the other hand, have started this season with injuries to their defence with players like Niklas Moisander, Ömer Toprak, Milos Veljkovic, Sebastian Langkamp, and Ludwig Augustinsson together with midfielder Kevin Mòhwald and attackers Fin Bartels, Niclas Fülkrug, and Yuya Osako. After losing their influential player Max Cruise to Fenerbache in the summer, it gets worse with Milot Rashika injured, and Nuri Sahin suspended in their 3-0 home defeat to Leipzig.
