Celtic send messages across to players ahead of football return

According to reports, Scottish Champions Celtic has gotten in touch with its players via messages to be ready for resumption as football can begin very soon.

Currently, about eight players have made a return to their respective countries before the enforcement of the lockdown. These reports have now claimed that the messages have gotten to these set of players to make a return into the country as preparations might begin anytime soon.

The U.K is rushing this new directive, which states that an individual coming into the country will have to be isolated for two weeks before being allowed to move freely.

A source from the club insider revealed that players who traveled home would be in Scotland before the end of the coming week as there are some challenges to work out before footballing action resumes, and it’s essential to out the squad in good shape.

However, Celtic has no idea when the league will kick start, but they must be able to call on the players when needed.

Tom Rogic is one of the several players who still have a lot of distance to cover back into the country while the Hoops are uncertain if they will allow Daniel Arzani to make the trip down to the country following his short term spell, which is set to run out shortly.

Due to the pandemic outbreak, which has made most countries across the globe shut down football activities, the finals of the Scottish cup should have taken place last weekend, and the league would have been wrapping up in a week. Still, things will unfold gradually as regards the situation of the Scottish league.
