Why Cristiano Ronaldo Won’t Return to Real Madrid

Lately, Cristiano Ronaldo’s previous team Real Madrid has resurfaced as a potential new destination for the star striker. However, it is improbable that he will ever return to Madrid!

CR7’s desire to keep competing for the UEFA Champions League has him on the lookout for a new team. This would ensure his continued success while he pursues his sixth UEFA Champions League title!

With Ronaldo’s intention to leave Manchester United, the team’s summer transfer strategy has been altered. This is what happened to Juventus last summer… exactly one year ago, he berated the press for stating that he was set on leaving them but he eventually signed with his former team Man U.

Now Cristiano Ronaldo is linked with a Real Madrid comeback this summer. CR7 hasn’t joined Manchester United in training. Dutch manager Erik ten Hag has said he would depend on Ronaldo but some in Manchester are beginning to wonder whether they have to let him go.

Now Cristiano Ronaldo’s youngest son, Mateo, seems to have given a hint about his father’s future. A TikTok user recently posted a video of CR7, his wife Georgina Rodriguez and their children in Madrid.

Mateo opted to wear a Real Madrid shirt, which sparked some curiosity. Cristiano Ronaldo had a fantastic nine years with them and last Wednesday reports surfaced regarding him and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez meeting many times.

A Cristiano Ronaldo return is not on Real Madrid’s agenda, as Spanish newspaper Marca reported. Real Madrid’s management is waiting for some events to unfold before reevaluating their transfer marke strategy, though it is said they have no plans to add Cristiano Ronaldo.

CR7’s recent two-day stay in Madrid fueled speculation but no formal meeting took place. Marca previously indicated that Ronaldo was after a new adventure but that it would neither be with Real Madrid or Bayern Munich Munich. When directly questioned, Bayern Munich board members rejected the possibility of Ronaldo joining them.
