Ten Hag plans a complete reconstruction of Manchester United

Erik Ten Hag has managed to regain competitiveness for Manchester United. Currently, the club is the favorite to win the Europa League, and they have managed to secure a place in the top 4 of the Premier League, which guarantees access to European competitions next season.

But Ten Hag aspires to more and has much more ambitious goals for the club; for this reason, the coach is planning a significant reconstruction of the roster where he hopes to get rid of at least 13 players.

The so-called Ten Hag blacklist is made up of Anthony Elanga, Eric Bailly, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Donny Van de Beek, Brandon Williams, Anthony Martial, Facundo Pellistri, Amad Diallo, Victor Lindelöf, Phil Jones, Scott McTominay.

Several names on the list draw attention, such as Harry Maguire, whom Ten Hag said he trusted at the time. However, the player has lost his position in the starting eleven.

Donny Van de Beek is a player that no coach has managed to take advantage of or at least fit into the game plan of the Red Devils; since his arrival from Ajax, he has not had a good performance, and at Old Trafford, it seems that they have given up with him.

Anthony Martial had expressed intentions to leave the club in the past, but nothing was achieved, he will finally have a free pass to look for a new club.

Finally, Victor Lindelöf will be a strategic move to free up the club’s salary load a bit; the player also does not have a place in the starting eleven, and the Red Devils need to give their finances a little oxygen.
