Knicks Extend Historic Scoring Streak, Down Grizzlies 133-120 at Madison Square Garden

The New York Knicks continued their remarkable run of offensive form on Tuesday night, defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 133-120 at Madison Square Garden to etch a new milestone in franchise history. The Knicks, now 5-0 on their season-high seven-game homestand, have scored more than 130 points in three consecutive games — the longest such streak in their 80-year history.

Jalen Brunson led the charge with a 32-point, 10-assist double-double, orchestrating New York’s attack with precision and poise. Karl-Anthony Towns added another dominant performance, tallying 21 points and 13 rebounds for his ninth double-double in 10 outings this season. Mikal Bridges contributed 22 points, as the Knicks showcased balance and efficiency in a game that highlighted their depth and rhythm.

For Memphis, Ja Morant recorded 16 points and 10 assists, while Jaren Jackson Jr. and Santi Aldama chipped in 19 apiece. However, the Grizzlies struggled to contain New York’s pace and shooting, slumping to their sixth loss in seven games.

In other NBA action, Utah delivered a scoring masterclass at home, routing the Indiana Pacers 152-128 behind Lauri Markkanen’s 35-point performance. The Jazz, who had eight players in double figures, snapped a three-game skid in emphatic fashion. Pascal Siakam’s 27 points and Andrew Nembhard’s 25 weren’t enough to prevent the Pacers from falling to their fifth straight defeat.

In Oklahoma City, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 28-point, 11-assist display propelled the Thunder past the struggling Golden State Warriors 126-102. Chet Holmgren added a flawless 23 points, hitting all nine of his field-goal attempts. Stephen Curry, returning after illness, had a frustrating night — scoring just 11 points and earning the first flagrant foul of his career.

Philadelphia edged Boston 102-100 in a thriller, with Kelly Oubre Jr. scoring the decisive basket off an offensive rebound in the final seconds. Justin Edwards had 22 points on near-perfect shooting, while Tyrese Maxey contributed 21 points and nine assists. Jaylen Brown led Boston with 24 points, but late missed shots proved costly.

In Sacramento, Nikola Jokic powered Denver to a 122-108 victory with 35 points on 16-of-19 shooting, along with 15 rebounds and seven assists. Jamal Murray added 23 points as the Nuggets extended their winning streak to five.

Toronto capped the night with a 119-109 win over Brooklyn, led by Brandon Ingram’s 25 points and Immanuel Quickley’s 24. The Raptors dominated the paint and glass, out-rebounding the Nets 50-36 and scoring 68 points inside to secure their fifth win in six games.
