Speaking prior to yesterday’s evening Bundesliga clash against Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern sporting director Max Eberl provided an update on the 22-year-old’s rehabilitation timeline.
Eberl revealed there were initial thought that he would return in December, adding that he might get a few minutes of playing time before the end of the calendar year to ensure he was 100 percent fit by January.
Bayern have little urgency to hasten Musiala’s return, given their exceptional form across all competitions.
